Mr. Rivera has spent the last 20 years in multinational companies in the business of providing IT shared services to their on-shore offices. Throughout this time, he was able to demonstrate exceptional skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning, shared services operations, technology, service delivery and program management. While he’s started his career in software development and project management, he’s spent the better part of his career leading and operating medium to large scale IT shared services facilities and have been involved in adjacent operational areas such as Business Continuity Management, Employee Hiring/Recognition/Retention, Career Planning, Service Level Management and Vendor Management.
